WHERE IS PHOENIX LOCATED?
- We’re located in Brisbane, Australia.
IS PHOENIX AUSTRALIAN OWNED?
- Phoenix Workwear is a proudly Australian-owned and operated family business. Our founder served in the Royal Australian Infantry, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, who dedicated 14 years to the Australian Army. We're rooted in Australian values of service and mateship.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All our designs are proudly designed at Phoenix HQ in Australia. Our garments are manufactured by trusted global partners.
While we’d prefer to produce our workwear and polo shirts locally, the lack of resources, Australian manufacturers, and competitive costing has made it challenging to find the right local partner.
We have, however, spent years building relationships with the best global manufacturers to ensure all our products are produced ethically and to our high standards.
No matter where it’s made, you can trust that it has been crafted with care, responsibility, and the Phoenix Workwear seal of quality.

- Email any photos of you representing Phoenix to info@phxworkwear.com.au and please make sure you let us know if you permit us to re-post them.

QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES?
- We strive to get out all orders daily, in busy times this may vary. Please allow 2-4 days for warehouse processing time and 7-14 days for delivery with standard shipping.
DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?
- Of course. Please find our size chart HERE
- Please be aware that measurements are based on a flat garment (not the entire circumference).
MY SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK/I WANT TO SHARE A DESIGN IDEA WITH YOU.
- Generally, each design we produce is “limited” which means we only produce it once and may be sold out. We’re always brainstorming on how we can create products our #Riseabove Phoenix community loves, so please share any ideas at info@phxworkwear.com.au
- If you would like to bring your idea to life we offer a custom clothing and custom workwear service (minimum order is 50 polo shirts and 100 work shirts) click HERE or email us at info@phxworkwear.com.au to find out more.
ARE THESE WORKSHIRTS HI VIS?
- We offer both Hi Vis and standard work shirts in our collection, making it easy to distinguish them by the presence of a block top and tape.
- Our product descriptions provide detailed information on each product's compliance with AUS/NZS standards, ensuring you know precisely how they measure up
ARE YOUR WORKSHIRTS UPF RATED?
- Some of them are! Our range features a mix of items, including full print shirts, hi-vis shirts, and lifestyle products. You can distinguish between them by looking for the block top and the presence of tape.
- The product descriptions provide a detailed breakdown of each product's specifications and how it meets AUS/NZS standards, ensuring you can maintain both high visibility and style!

DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?
- We sure do! Bulk order discounts start at 10 units and above. Please email info@phxworkwear.com.au and our sales team will answer any questions you may have, or if you’re ready to get kitted out in your new Phonix.
CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM DESIGN OR PRINT FOR MY BUSINESS?
- 100%. We can create custom polo shirts, custom hi-vis shirts and much more! Check out the information HERE or email us at info@phxworkwear.com.au and our friendly sales team will be happy to help.
DO YOU TAKE ON WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS AND/OR CAN I SELL PHOENIX IN MY OWN STORE?

WHERE CAN I LOCATE MY TAX INVOICE?
- You should have received your tax invoice with your order confirmation email. If it hasn't come through, dont worry, please email us at info@phxworkwear.com.au and our customer success team will get it organised for you.
DO YOU DO EMBROIDERY?
- We sure do! We would love to add your brand to our Phonix shirts.
- Just so you know there is a minimum order of 10 units, and there is a $50 cancellation fee in addition to non-refundable set-up fees.
